Gut Reactions to the A-Rod interview

You can't tell if he is honest or not. The problem with the steroid users is you never know if they are being forthright or continuing to lie. The truth is, no real steroid user has come out and admitted it this frankly. I was surprised Peter Gammons didn't have to pry more. For those of you wanting to get in the broadcasting world, this interview was great. The less the interviewer talks, the better you did. His real problem was attacking this Selena lady from SI. Even if she is stalking his life for a scoop or a book he shouldn't go after her. It will seem like sour grapes. However, I did see her on the MLB network this weekend and she isn't exactly Erin Andrews. Ah, sweet Erin. Also, you got to give A-Rod credit for not blaming other people. He did talk about the culture of baseball, kind of a "no big deal" atmosphere, but he never said he felt he needed it because he saw others doing it. All in all it was a pretty good interview, mostly because he actually spoke. There was no "I say, I don't know what to say".
