Yes, that is Michael Phelps ripping a bong. Yes, he has won 14 gold metals. I'm not sure if this is how he got there, but it's worth a shot. So for you kids out there training for the olympics and you feel like you just don't cut it, rip a bong. For those of you not training to be in the olympics, ripping a bong will make the super bowl commercials funnier. It's a win win. As you know, his stock fell with me below 0 after his SNL appearance.
