NY POST: A Long Island woman yesterday struck back at the husband who wants $1.5 million for the kidney he gave her, calling him insanely jealous and "hyper-suspicious." "He was rummaging through her underwear drawer and sniffing the underwear" to see if she had cheated, said Douglas Rothkopf, the lawyer for Dawnell Batista, 44. Rothkopf asked Special Referee Jeffrey Grob to place a gag order on the case since Batista's estranged husband, Rich ard, 49, held a news conference last week accusing her of adultery.

So if you haven't heard about this, some rich guy gave his kidney to his wife. She messes around, he files a law suit saying give me the kidney back or 1.5 million smackeroos. Still with me? Now the woman comes out with this nonsense. Ya know what? Maybe he is paranoid because he's on medication from having a kidney ripped out of his body? I'm not going to get nutty on marriage here because I know it's pretty much turned into a joke in the United States. I don't see how you divorce a guy who gave you a kidney because he was "hyper-suspicious." No offense lady, but you suck it up and deal. If he starts hitting you because he thinks your messing around, thats another story. But sniffing your panties? Get real lady. I think she knows that too. That's why I believe her story to be complete nonsense. She had a new kidney and wanted to take it out on the town. And that she did. She was probably at Posh Ultra Lounge, The Crazy Donkey, maybe out east at The Drift. She was looking for some strange. I hear that. But come on, don't start trying to drag this guys name through the mud. If you don't like him so much, give him the damn kidney back.
