Do I think we're in a recession? You bet. Is it sad, bad, and make me mad? Absolutely. But one upside to a recession you would think is short lines at stores. Taking that theory and applying it to Christmas shopping today was a bad idea. It failed miserably. Kudos to those parents that are finding a way to give their kids a good Christmas but come on. I went to Best Buy to get one little item. There was a line longer then Splash Mountain at Disney. I couldn't believe it. I thought to myself "Are you sure we're in a recession?" So basically, not only do businesses suck, these crooks that stole all our money will only get a slap on the wrist, nobody can get a loan despite hundreds of billions being pumped back into the system, but despite all that, I still have to stand on long lines to buy gifts? Get out of town. If I saw one more person with a Wii under their arm I was going to give them a Wii karate chop. I just need to relax and remember "It's the most wonderful time of the year."
