U.S. military interrogators have often blasted music at detainees in Iraq, Afghanistan and Guantanamo Bay. According to the British law group Reprieve, these are among the songs they have used most frequently:

• "Enter Sandman," Metallica.

• "Bodies," Drowning Pool.

• "Shoot to Thrill," AC/DC.

• "Hell's Bells," AC/DC.

• "I Love You," from the "Barney and Friends" children's TV show.

• "Born in the USA," Bruce Springsteen.

• "Babylon," David Gray.

• "White America," Eminem.

• "Sesame Street," theme song from the children's TV show.

Outside of the obvious kids songs, I dig this music. What the hell is the ACLU bitching about. It sounds like a night out at the club for me? White America? Not only a good song, but funny as all hell. Hells Bells? Let's rock this party. And of course, Enter Sandman? For a Yankee fan, there is no better sound in this world then knowing your about to lock down a win with the great Rivera. I thought Gitmo was a tough place to live. This sounds like a cake walk to me. I can deal with the Barney and Sesame street if you're going to mix in those other songs. And let's not pretend that every person from my generation wouldn't be singing along to Sesame Street. 

A lot of the artists are all salty that they use these songs. Take a walk. Be happy the US Military paid the 99 cents on itunes and shut your mouth. If you don't want people to use your music for abuse, stop making loud abusive music. I'd be proud to make a song that helps break down terrorists. If I can make a suggestion to my Gitmo peeps. From South Park the movie, Terrence and Phillip's "Uncle F****er" would work very well here.
