PARIS —  Armed robbers — some dressed in drag — made off with $102 million in loot from a lightning-fast jewelry store theft in central Paris, in what police Friday called one of France's costliest jewel heists. Three or four thieves swiped rings, necklaces and luxury watches from display cases at the Harry Winston store near the Champs-Elysees, a police official said. They brandished handguns and threatened about 15 employees, hitting some on the head with guns, the official said.

This is why I have always been on the fence with France. Sure , I have made claims that they are a bunch of Nancy boys. Starting fights they can't finish. I.e. Vietnam. And we all remember them rolling over like dogs and playing both sides of the fight during WW2. I think these are legit reasons to dislike them but not call the sissy pants. Now I have good reason. See, here in America our bank robbers are a lot cooler. Sometimes it's a gang of surfers dressing up like ex-presidents. Other times it's a group of crooks and psychopaths wearing clown masks. A group of dudes dressing up like women and stealing jewelery? Come on. That's like a bad episode of Sex and the City. So here it is France, you are officially branded as nancy pants. Your man card has been suspended indefinitely. Until you do something that blows me out of my seat, I'm going to consider you the country that hasn't come out of the closet yet.
