AROD and Madonna: Anyone else sick of this already?
We're no fools. Even though this hasn't been confirmed, we all know Arod and Madonna are "singing a duet" if you will. I'm tired of this already. I can only imagine what's going to happen come May. She's going to show up to Yankee Stadium, people are going to go nuts, the tabloids will go crazy and Arod will be in a major slump. I just can't handle it. If he isn't playing well because that old bag of bones and the all the cameras that follow her around distract my third basemen, I may have to step in. I have a contact on one of those pirate ships, I'll have them scoop her up and take her on a 5 month vacation to Thailand.
One of my friends from the Boston area wondered how many times she would sing the national anthem this season. I said 0. Madonna talks a lot of trash about the pope. As you know, Yankee stadium is the popes home away from the Vatican. No way she is allowed to sing in the popes vacation home. If she does sing there. Forget it. She'll get booed out of the building.
We all see how whipped Tom Brady is with Gisele. It's comedy. She says jump, he buys a plane and flies into the stratosphere. But Brady is much more mentally tough then Arod. So for all our sake, let's hope Arod realizes he could get a Madonna from 1990 look a like instead of a woman way, way, waaaaay past her prime. Either way, my guess is he goes 2 for 20 in the playoffs anyway.
