Mother burns "Wimp" into daughters neck. No she's not from Florida!

FOX NEWS: MOUNDSVILLE, W.Va.  —  A West Virginia mother faces charges after being accused of burning the word "wimp" into her 6-year-old daughter's neck. Tammy Smith is charged with five counts of child abuse and of malicious assault, all felonies. Moundsville Police Chief Jim Kudlak said Saturday that the child told police that her mother used a cigarette to burn her. Smith's daughter told authorities that her mother burned her because she was angered that the girl tripped and fell. An employee at the child's school noticed the burns and police were called Wednesday. The girl is in foster care. The 43-year-old Smith is being held in jail on $50,000 bond. Kudlak says he doesn't think she has an attorney yet. Moundsville is in northern West Virginia.

I haven't decided how I want to punish this lady. I've been through it all. Routine torture, stuff I've seen on 24. Interviewing the goth kids that hang out at the local Starbucks, I know they have some sweet ideas. I say the punishment must be both cruel and unusual. Here's what I really don't understand. Is the mother an MS 13? Is she a Blood? Why does she care if her 6 year old daughter is a wimp. I understand the burning after the kid fell. I mean, come on, how else is the kid going to learn how to walk right? But, why wimp? If it was a boy, I get it. But what do you care if your 6 year old girl is a wimp or not. I want my daughter to be a prissy little wimp. I don't need her joining delta force. In the end I say we do this like American Idol status. We get people with ideas as to how to punish this lady and we vote them off one by one until we have a winner. Then it gets done in front of a national tv audience. Fox would dig that.
