FOX NEWS: A 6-year-old Arizona boy was grounded by his mother after he was hit by a police car while riding his bike, MyFOXPhoenix.com reported.  Recently released surveillance video of the Nov. 2 accident shows Jason Justice and his sister Jessica riding their bikes through an apartment complex parking lot. When the Phoenix police car slowly approaches the two, Jessica veers away while Jason continues straight ahead, ultimately getting hit and pushed a short distance by the car.

This lady is completely off her rocker. Her son gets hit by a car so she grounds him? The only reasonable thing I can think of is that she runs a meth lab out of her apartment. She probably doesn't want to make waves and have the cops come to her place, so she puts the blame completely on her six year old son. It's a smart move. The cops will be happy that she isn't suing, so they won't try plant stuff in her apartment. Little do they know, they won't have to plant anything. I think she is supplying the greater Phoenix area with crystal meth. After all, Mexico is just a stones throw away from her window.
