Hypnotized man sues casino for allowing him to look like an idiot

TMZ.Com: Some poor bastard who was hypnotized into believing he was riding a horse on a Vegas stage wants payback after steering his invisible steed right off the damn stage.
In a Nevada suit, Chad Lee claims last year hypnotist Thom Kaz put him under a spell during his Vegas show at Harrah's, told Lee to "look between his legs and ride a prop," commanding him to believe it was a "black horse." Then, says Lee, he "ran off an elevated stage with the prop between his legs believing he was riding a black horse."

Yeah, he fell off a stage. He should come clean, he's not physically hurt, just mentally. That's why I have always had the stand of don't get hypnotized unless you're willing to look like a moron. Due to my superior intellect, I can't be put in a trance. Twice professionals have tried. One time, I felt bad and pretended it worked. The second time, I just couldn't deal. That's the problem with superior intellect, if you want to look like a jack ass, you're on your own. What do you think? Should you be allowed to sue for a bruised ego? I think if you can sue over pretty much anything, why not. Most often a hurt ego is worse then a broken leg. Trust me, my ego gets shattered on a daily basis.
Oh yeah, there is one thing that can hypnotize me. The words of Biggie Smalls of course.
