Cell phone pics will nail you

Fox News: PINCKNEY, Mich.
 —  The Livingston County sheriff's department has confiscated a dozen mobile phones after a 14-year-old girl took a cell phone photo showing her genitals and sent it to friends.
This hussie claimed she sent this picture to three of four friends that later spread to over 200 phones. The coppers are contemplating pressing charges against certain people. This is where it gets sticky for young Americans. Let's say your in high school. Rocking out to Lil Wayne in front of your friends and jamming out to the Jonas Brothers in private. You're learning about new pimple creams and just shot gunned your first beer. It's a great time in your life. There you are, singing "Burnin Up" in your bedroom texting some friends. A picture message pops up on your phone. It's a 16 year old charlatan posing naked. She didn't sent it to you, but someone else did. You have heard about this girl. She is the one that hangs out with those "college dudes" from Nassau Community. You don't delete it, you look at it, then it gets sent to you again! And again, and again. So you're sitting there now listening to Miley Cyrus with child porn in your hands. You didn't go looking for it, you didn't forward it. And let's be honest, this girl may be 16, but she is anything but underage. Do the cops have the right to charge you? Under the law they do. But this has to be wrong. New legislation has to be passed to combat this.
Let us not forget history. It was a bunch of spoiled brats that blew up the Salem witch hunt. Accusing other women that they didn't like of being witches. Hell hath no fury like a womans scorn. So, some teenage chick thats pissed at another girl or guy snaps a photo of herself. She sends it out. Then she says the pictures should have never gotten out and nails some poor kid that didn't ask her to the winter ball with possession of child porn. You're laughing now, but this will happen. Mark my words.
