This love affair with Tina Fey must end...Now
SNL alum Tina Fey was quoted saying "She is going to take the Sarah Palin bit week to week, but if her and McCain wins, there is no way she is doing her for the next four years." Tina, it's the first time you have been funny on SNL...ever. Grab the ball and run with it. Win or lose you should do her every week. Maybe a bit like The Sarah Palin talk show. Back to my original point. Why is she so critically acclaimed? 30 Rock is a funny show, but I find myself only laughing at Alec Baldwin. To be honest, I think I'm laughing more because it's Alec Baldwin and not so much the actual Character. So without him, that show blows chunks. But I understand, she's the Exec Producer so she deserves credit. But head writer for SNL? What the hell is that. She was the head writer for SNL in one of the darkest and most awful periods in the shows history. It's slowly making a come back, but that may just be the political season heating up. We'll soon know for sure. Why does she get all this credit though? If anything, SNL fans should hate her guts for killing that show. Her resume doesn't seem so great to me. I liked her when nobody knew who she was and she just wore the glasses. But now with my love affair with Sarah Palin, we all know it's not either one of them I love. It's the glasses.
