Charging me with a DUI? I will fart on you.

This is the greatest story I have read about a DUI. Basically some guy gets snuffed for a DUI, fails the sobriety test then this happens:
"When police were trying to get fingerprints, police say Cruz moved closer to the officer and passed gas on him. The investigating officer remarked in the criminal complaint that the odor was very strong."
He then got charged with battery. I'm sorry this is ridiculous. I don't want to live in a country where I can't fart while being arrested. People tend to pass gas in high stress situations. This is a perfectly natural reaction. This all happened in West Virginia. I never knew they were a communist nation. If you can charge someone with battery for passing gas, what's next? Harassment for picking your nose in public? Attempted rape for mooning a bus of cheer leaders? This election is about to change. Forget the economy and the war. It should be about bodily functions, what's allowed and what you can be charged with. I am now starting a campaign for the endorsement. JimmyFenimore.com will support which ever nominee is pro gas.
P.s. Don't you think the description is great? "The odor was very strong." Well if your charging the guy with battery that fart must have killed all the plant life in a three block radius.
