Yankee Stadium Dunzo

Later in the day I will get more into the closing of Yankee Stadium. This was just an interesting observation. If you didn't see the pre game ceremony here is what went down. They showed a video of all the greats that played a particular position. Then after the video, a few former players come out and stand at the position. In some instances they invited family members if the player was deceased. I.e. Phil Rizzutto's wife and the Mick's son. The video tributes were cool. Obviously, the pitchers would have the most people in the video. If you ask me if Roger Clemens is a great pitcher I would say of course. For the Yankees? He had a few good years, one great. However he won championships with the Yanks and from what I saw, much less qualified players made these video tributes. Clemens, who a year ago ESPN would have you believe is the best pitcher of all time, did not even make a video tribute. And we can't forget about Suzyn Waldmen when she exploded about Clemens last year. I have no real opinion on this. Just thought it was interesting.
