A reader sent me this story from Yahoo! news...DELTONA, Fla. - An angry Deltona father whacked his teenage daughter's boyfriend with a metal pipe after finding the boy naked in his daughter's room. Authorities say the father, 45, didn't even know his daughter had a boyfriend or that the youngster had been sneaking into the home for more than a year.
I have mixed feelings about this story. First, being one who has snuck into many a house, it's scary. I know the wrath a father can have when his baby girl is giving away the milk for free. One of my favorite passed times is late night action by sneaking through a window or side door and having to be quiet. The thrill of knowing the girls father is only a room away just waiting to nail some punk with his trusty metal pipe is second to none. Even my mediocre performance is enhanced to the status of porn star with that kind of anticipation. Now that I am older and people have their own place, I don't get to do that nearly enough anymore. Second, you have to understand where the dad is coming from. That is his house and some young jerk off kid is diddling his daughter. After some thinking I am OK with all of this.
